St. Paul’s Preschool celebrates 100 days!
During February 2008, St. Paul’s Preschool celebrated the 100th day of school! The students decorated hats with 100 items, and there were some very original pieces. Teachers and students did 100 exercises, consisting of push ups, jumping jacks, tip-toe stretches, jumps, squats and so on.

The children participated in math activities using pieces of cereal by counting to 100 in 10's. They also had a chance to write the number 100, and listen to mathematics stories. Lastly, having collected cereal boxes in the weeks leading up to the 100th day, the children set them up as 100 dominoes, and then had fun knocking them down.
During the first week of March 2008, St. Paul’s Preschool celebrated Dr. Seuss. The week kicked off with Mixed-up Monday, where the students came to school with clothes on backwards and inside-out.
On Top-Hat Tuesday, some of the children made Cat in the Hat hats and wore them to school.
Wednesday was deemed Wacky Wednesday, and the students wore their silly socks or stockings, and had a relaxing day in their stocking feet.

On Funny Food Friday, the students listened to the Dr. Seuss classic, "Green Eggs and Ham" and helped bake and decorate green egg cookies.
They also made some green eggs and ham, which they devoured, and then asked for more! It was a fantastic and fun-filled week of Dr. Seuss!
As February marked the 100th day of
the 2007/2008 school year, students at St. Paul’s Preschool participated in a number of ‘100’ activities.
