STAND FOR HEALTH DAY
 
Wednesday, 23rd January, 2018
 
Today, stand up as many times as possible, as it burns more calories than sitting!  You use more muscles to maintain balance and good posture.  Take the stairs at every opportunity and skip the elevator when you can!  You'll strengthen your leg and abdominal muscles and help make your heart and lungs healthier, too!
